Exploring Local Museums

With warmer weather (thankfully) upon us here in North Carolina, many people are beginning to plan spring and summer activities. For the team at Cuberis, our growing exploration into the world of museums and our preparation for the North Carolina Museums Council Annual Conference, has gotten us really excited about the local gems that North Carolina has to offer in the likes of museums, science centers, cultural institutions and more. Some of these places, like the North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville and the Nasher Museum of Art in Durham, we know a bit more personally thanks to our time spent designing their websites, but there are plenty of other places that we’re looking forward to exploring and learning more about as a team. The places on our immediate hit list? Most definitely the Museum of Natural Sciences and the North Carolina Museum of History, which are both right here in the Triangle.

While a few of the Cubes get to museums every chance they get, there are other folks (shamefully raises hand) who have some catching up to do, and it’s great to know that North Carolina offers more than enough opportunity to do so. We can’t wait to visit some of the great places on our list, and we’re even more excited to attend NCMC to connect with the great people who keeps these local organizations going. Stay tuned to read and see recaps from our visits and our time at NCMC!
