Golden Belt Redevelopment
Late last year we were hired by Scientific Properties to redevelop the Golden Belt website. This project was close to home – literally – because the Cuberis office is in Golden Belt! Golden Belt is a green, fully-restored historic textile mill that now houses a wide variety of offices, restaurants, retail stores, lofts and artist studios on its campus near downtown Durham.
