There have been many hats Ray has worn since co-founding the company in 2003; designer, developer, entrepreneur, strategist, business executive to name a few. While each has been challenging in their own way, all have been enjoyable and very rewarding.

However, when his little ideas started becoming big ones, Ray realized it was all going to be about assembling a very specialized and talented team that could make any big idea come to fruition… he couldn’t have been any luckier.

Ray has been a Durham resident for the last 9 years and fell in love with the city and its rebirth. Its tobacco district first brought him a loft condo and now a retrofitted warehouse office space. Ray loves living in a city where innovation inspires its residents and it’s an easy 5 minute walk to either a Bulls ball game or the best pizza in the triangle.
